Bug: Stargazer Luina gives a Demon Hunter Outcast Effect for the right most card in your hand.
loen00Its not a demon hunter outcast effect. It is a "special effect if you play this card" effect. Its the same effect as that new shaman legendary "Battlecry: discover a spell, if you play it this turn repeat this effect"
FuenteThis is the correct answer. We had a bespoke effect for Luna, but we were starting to get a lot of new designs asking for some sort of "this has a special effect if you play it now" that could be used in conjunction with Combo/PoweredUp if need be. We don't want to create multiple persistent FX that mean the same thing, so we took the motion from the Luna sparkles and swapped the texture to something that better matches the green playable card glow so it's more generic. (Unlucky that it shipped in association with a green-centric class lol.)
Not a bug, just a small-but-awkward retcon.
