SkeezyMakOn the other hand, I did a kara pug on saturday and our master looter DC'd on moroes, so no one could loot him. One of us opened a ticket and I received the offhand on Monday :)

The current ticket wait time is actually 1-2 days, and this is across all Blizzard games. We don't have teams specific to any title, all Game Masters take tickets related to all games. I'm not certain why it would be showing an average wait time of 140 days but that's definitely not accurate.I see in one of your other replies that you did already get a response from the GMs but I just wanted to take a moment to acknowledge your report and I'll see if I can get someone to check out why the estimate may have been so far off. Thanks!
