Short of pulling this Superman type of maneuver, no there isn't a way to shorten it. However, avoiding the inappropriate language in the future can help to avoid these types of penalties in general.

That's why I try avoid analogies - people ignore the philosophy and pick at the details. At the end of the day, the rules are what we enforce regardless of what additional systems are in place. There's avoid player, there's a mute, there's an ignore, and chat filter. These are tools provided to give a player more control over their personal experience. They are not tools to excuse behavior that violates our code of conduct.
