Enable Twitter Functionality is gone in settings.

FuenteThis setting requires Real ID to be enabled on the Blizzard account. If you've disabled Real ID for your account, the option in the settings menu won't be visible.
You can change your Real ID options on your Account Management page.

FuenteYea, the first thought when a UI element is missing is usually to have you remove addons and go back to the default settings. My team sees this specific report more often though since we handle the Blizzard CS twitter account. So it's something we're a bit more familiar with.
