[SOD] Enchanted Sigil: Innovation interaction with Lesser Arcane Elixir

Enchanted Sigil: Innovation and Lesser Arcane Elixir seem to use the same buff slot. I believe the intention of the Enchanting rune was to give some self raid utility unique to the profession but seems like it only provides a slightly more powerful buff at the cost of the clunkiness of a 30min CD.
If it is intentional please let us know. Been having a blast with the new content regardless. Thanks for your time.
