I must clarify, though, that this is not every BG. only happens randomly among BG matches throughout the day. However when it happens on 1 of the BG match, the game will crash every few second in that match.

Now last night, as troubleshooting, I have tried to delete these couple of files from my screenshot and then used "Scan and Repair" from battlenet to redownload them. I will continue to observe and keep everyone posted.
