Akeba’s signet. I got selected in shadow lottery but I didn’t get any akeba’s signet in the mail. I was wondering where can i get them? So i can recruit more adventure. Also my level is 60(190)

before the new lottery system, i kept on rejoining the lottery 3x a day for a whole week and not win once. i didn't get any mail either, which i used to get back then even when i lost. i generously chucked that as being unlucky even though i knew that can't be it.
but with the new lottery system where you're practically guaranteed to win, after selecting "shadow trial", i just get a mail saying i won but other than that nothing. i talk to the mysterious patron and the only options are turn on/off lottery notifications, spectate the rite, and akeba's memory.
the quest on the side only shows the number of people recruited (4 atm) and that there are many slots remaining. tapping on the magnifying only navigates me to go the the patron, which is already beside me.
