Cannot Purchase eternal orbs on mobile (Android)

I receive the error, “There was a problem completing the purchase. Your account was not charged. (error code: 11)” when on my mobile phone. Ultimately I want to use my google pay account to purchase, but the client never gets to that point to choose.

Hello everyone,
Thanks for the reports, the problem should be solved now. You just need to relaunch the game to have the fix applied.
