Why isnt homophobic and racists slur an instant ban?

Ive been reporting people for over a week who have been homophobic or racist. I havent seen any notification for these players being served any punishment. Racism and Homophobia should be an instant ban from the game. We dont need those players in our community. Blizzards lack of action makes sad for them when they love to preach and talk about their diversity. Shame on you Blizzard for not punishing these type of players
