He wears a suit and at least one big gold chain, maybe multiple ones like Mr. T. Instead of an axe he maybe uses a baseball bat instead.

I know this idea is quite close to the El Jefe skin but I still thought it would fit him really well (someone else probably already had this idea) and besides, orcs in suits are always great!
