Mercenary abilty bug

this problem is big for me like summoner nerc.
1.i need hire mercenary with attack buff for all my minions.(In nightmare level)
2.then i switch to Hell level,my mercenary abitly has been changed to Accuracy buff???
3.I do not know this is bug? or just like this in game?

Just dropping in to add that we have seen reports of this and it appears to just be a display issue. Your mercenary should still have and use their original aura, even though it displays a different aura in their character window.
The Developers are aware and are working on getting the issue corrected.
