Char blocked and shared stash blocked
Hi
I was joining a game with my druid and after a minute or 2 I got an error about not being able to join. Now my char is stuck with an error
Failed to enter game. This character is already in a game on the server. Please try again.
Now I cannot use this char and my shared stash is locked for all other chars.
What can I do?
hey folks thanks a ton for this! I wanted to help with the investigation of this issue by asking those who’ve come across this issue to share the following:
- Character name
- Region
- Platform

FuenteUpdate: thanks for all the super quick responses so far. As a few folks here saw, some players had the issue resolved, but it’s something that still needs more time to investigate on from our end.
You can pause from sharing usernames and we’ll continue to work through this over the Beta test period. Thank you all so much - we appreciate your patience on the matter!
