Overwatch settings dont save

Hello got some problems with OW:
- After exiting the game the process of the game on Task Manager won’t stop and keeps eating CPU’s %.
- Also after exiting the game settings do not save.
Need some help please!!!

While it is unlikely to be an issue with the Security Software in this case, it could be an issue with the Battle.net App or an update required on your PC.
Also do you play the game windowed or fullscreen?
