Battle.net Account hacked
Hello,
yesterday at around 7 pm i recieved several E-Mails that information in my battle.net account was changed. They changed the e-mail, phone number and added an authenticator to the account (something i should have done).
I’ve already sent in a ticket shortly after it has happened but i did not get a confirmation mail that the ticket is in progress which is why i’ve decided to try and ask for help here. I feel like i should get a confirmation mail, no? Just wanna make sure.

You should hopefully be receiving contact soon on this issue, the ticket queue though is fluctuating so there’s no exact timeframe to establish for your ticket.
If you don’t hear anything after 48 hours you might want to reach out to Support again and make sure to include any information about the hacked account. We can’t sadly handle hacked account recoveries directly through the forums.
