In Co-op mode, the rally point disappeared from Fenix heroes after they dies. Before the appearance of Prestige, the rally point was assigned to a hero in a new body.

That does indeed sound like a bug, so you should definitely report it on the Bug Report forum.

There’s indeed no news for now, and the developers are actively fighting all the demons 
that popped up in game and on the servers since the release last Thursday.
Hopefully more news can be shared soon.

Many players like the challenge, and it can definitively be fun to try if you’ve never done it.
