I'd guess some moment before their holiday break, sometime this month.

They've hinted this next update will be on itemization, and I know David Kim has joined the Warcraft team since the last update so this next one should introduce the next person in charge of the itemization systems and where they plan on going with it for D4. Should be a juicy update.
