The "new mail" indicator on the character selection screen that was advertised as a 9.0 feature appears to have... disappeared. I can be staring at a character that I know, for a fact, has mail and the icon just will not show up.
FuenteThis was added into the game with the patch, but the feature is currently turned off while some performance issues are investigated.

FuenteIt's disabled right now, by intent. We've seen the question enough though that it's probably a good thing to have listed. We'll try to get that added!

I reset computer and ran a repair in the off chance it was on my end.
I jump on another toon since I could not log into my main anymore and tried porting around and no issues, but when I took this alt on blimp to Northrend the gain got stuck in crash loop.
So those characters are dead to me until I can figure out what the issue is.
FuenteIf you haven't already, follow these steps to move those characters to a good location. That should allow you to login again.
