Find by just characterID?

I found only /profile/user/wow/protected-character/{realmId}-{characterId} , but if player changes server. How do you find by just characterID?

Hi Krovn,
We do not recommend leveraging the characterID as a unique GUID across all characters as you will find there will be collisions across servers and regions. Additionally, there are cases where a characters ID changes, generally in response to server transfers and other similar mutations. For this reason the characterID cannot be used to track characters across realm transfers, etc.
