We’ve identified an issue causing users to not be able to log into the mobile application on both Android and iOS. We’re currently investigating the problem and will keep this thread updated as the situation progresses.

The problem should now be resolved on iOS, please let us know if you’re still running into issues. We are continuing to look into the problem on Android and will give an update when it’s resolved.
