Can’t get mercy’s recall challenge reward

At the MERCY’S RECALL CHALLENGE event, I won eight. There are about four minutes left in the event. I started the game at that time and I couldn’t get the skin reward even though I won.
It was a very unpleasant experience. I want to earn somehow.

The event is live again until tomorrow. Please let us know if the skin does not unlock after you complete your 9th win tracked on the Play screen.
