I just made a video in BGs where with 2 Drakkari Enchanters my end-of-turn effects triggered only twice, however, every death rattle of my opponent triggered 4 times with 2 Barrons.

This is not a bug, MagicTurtle, this is how Drakkari works - it makes your end of turn effects trigger twice and that’s it. This power is not cumulative.
Having two Drakkari Enchanters won’t change the final outcome (it’ll still be “trigger twice”).
Rivendare, on the other hand, is an “extra time” trigger, thus it sums up.
