Barbarian Sunder is not increasing damage as intended urgent fix needed

The barbarians sunder ability is not increasing my damage properly as evident by multiple dps tests i have done today no matter how many times i did it there was no noticeable damage increase as per skill description which states 30% damage taken despite having a skill uptime of 100%. Clearly it is not working properly at all.
Thats the reason why barbarian dps is broken right now and requires urgent fixing !

Comparing both concludes a increase of 6382/5594 = 14% and not 30% as per skill description and i removed almost my gear for this test !
Please fix barbarians !
