[Cata Classic] Guild Bank 7th Tab Permissions Resetting

Cata Classic:
The guild bank tab permissions for the 7th activated tab (from guild rep) is constantly being reset. I have to go back in manually and change the withdrawal permissions for every guild rank for that tab. None of the other tabs are having their permissions cleared. What is it with the “new” tab that is bugged?
