Are the Diablo rewards PC exclusive?

Just wondering if the Blizzcon rewards for Diablo IV are only for PC or if it will be able to be redeemed on Xbox if my accounts are linked?

As long as your console is linked to the same Battle.net account that acquired the BlizzCon Collection, you’ll have access to the Diablo IV items.
