Barber Wrathful Heart not working properly

drajgreenI just logged in as a chain lightning sorc and ran a dungeon at level 75 and elites are very obviously not dying as quickly as they were yesterday. The boss took 3 times as long. Killed the seething abomination and it took a solid minute when it should take 15 seconds. I'm defininatley not as strong and come here to see if something is up. I think you're right about the barber, not seeing the sudden damage dump on bosses that I'm used to.
