Acerca de los bots no autorizados

Today I played with two accounts in the team that had the same name, the same endorsement, the same inefficiency in the game. They did not stand still like the ones we talked about above, but they spinning pointlessly around us, the others, who we lost successfully. I reported that too.
My question, as a user of Blizzard applications for years, is: does this situation last? Do you take measures to have fair games? I understand that the purpose of these inactive accounts in the game is their subsequent sale. Can’t be detected? Can’t you kick them out? Do we play hoping to be lucky and not get over them …?

This forum is meant for issues regarding classic Blizzard games (Diablo I and II, Starcraft, etc.). Our more modern games have their own forums. You can access the Overwatch forums here.
Still, regards to your issue, make sure to always report any player that you suspect might be breaching the Terms of Use. Here you have information on how to do this.

FuenteÚltimamente hemos observado cierta frustración debido al aumento de la presencia de bots en algunos aspectos de Hearthstone. Nos tomamos muy en serio el uso de bots; os comprendemos y vamos a tomar medidas.
Durante los últimos meses, hemos visto un notable aumento en el uso de bots externos. Aunque habitualmente ejecutamos enormes campañas de prohibición para bots, estamos trabajando para aumentar la escala de nuestra respuesta ante el aluvión de nuevas cuentas manejadas por estos programas. En lo que va de año, hemos vetado cientos de miles de cuentas por uso de bots, y estamos intensificando nuestros esfuerzos. También contamos con profesionales dedicados a resolver este problema de manera sistemática.
En estos momentos no podemos divulgar nada más. Tenemos una política general de no explicar nuestras investigaciones o medidas contra las trampas, ya que hemos constatado que, cada vez que compartimos información sobre el proceso, solo conseguimos ayudar a los tramposos a ser más sofisticados, lo cual empeora el problema a largo plazo.
Como siempre, podéis colaborar con nosotros utilizando la función de denuncia del juego si sospecháis que alguien está usando bots. Eso nos ayuda a localizar y eliminar esas cuentas. Otra forma de ayudarnos es aplastar a estos bots cada vez que os toque enfrentaros con ellos en la jerarquía. Mientras lo hacéis, nosotros estaremos combatiéndolos a vuestro lado.
