Please Protect Yourselves - Don’t Be Scammed
Hi guys, in light of the sale today and the fact that people are already getting scammed, I wanted to post here regarding ticket-buying tips and ways to keep you safe.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not let desperation get the best of you and lose common sense. The ONLY safe method of buying online from these sellers is using PayPal Goods and Services. You will pay a little bit extra (3% on top of the ticket fee) but it will save you if someone tries to rip you off.
If it seems too good to be true or they’re being evasive, they’re probably trying to rip you off.
Remember we still have a second wave in two weeks and I personally know of many tickets that are still available from trusted members of the BlizzCon community.
Reach out if you have questions. I have been to every BlizzCon since 2008 and know a thing or two about a thing or two. If you see scammy-type posts report them to the group admins.
Correct, we’ll have the AXS market open after the second wave of tickets are sold. Anyone who ended up with extra tickets will be able to offload them there. I’d definitely recommend checking here first when it becomes available.
