Unable to load low level toon

Everytime I attempt to load up one of my bank alt characters which are lower than level 5 I get a garrison error which then locks up the app.

Sorry that you’re running into this issue! Can you tell me the name and server of character(s) that are running into this problem? We’ll take a look at them and see if we can reproduce the issue on our end.

Hey all, thanks for the info. We think we’ve been able to reproduce the bug and it will be fixed in an upcoming release. For the time being, as a workaround, if you move affected characters out of Dragon Isles zones (Orgrimmar/Stormwind is fine), they should work properly in the app.
