You may be seeing images of a Phantom Market skin floating around from the CN websites; it's an insane looking skin and you may be wondering why there was no mention of it for us on US/EU servers.
Well, based on the screenshot they posted, we can assume this is just another classic case of English Patch Notes Guy(TM) yet again missing important information in our version of the notes.
Fear not! A new Phantom Skin is coming to attack your wallet! Lets just hope it's the new one CN players are getting w/ the baller wings.
