I want you to know that both myself and the rest of the development team care about South American servers. I deeply apologize for the Shadow War and Rites bugs that you have been experiencing. I'm currently working directly with the team to amend these issues. Can anyone who has been affected by these issues please send me your Bnet ID and UID (found at the bottom of the settings menu) so we can further investigate?
