How to get Wild format?

Not sure where to search for that information, so I am asking here 
I already have all classes at level 10, one class at level 30+, I’ve already played a lot of ranked matches and got to Bronze 5 through the whole Novice 40 levels.
But the Wild format is still not achieved. I can’t even craft any card or buy any pack. Am I missing something?
