Without realising I connected with my D2 key via my VPN service. That was, naturally, by mistake which, as I later learned, is punishable by certain period of ban. However, a bit before that I was put on an endless queue, which I later understood was sort of an antibot feature which (tragicomically and ironically enough) is meant to stop bots, but actually stopped me, while all the actual bots are running anyway, from going for runs and developing further my character.
I can assure you I am not using any bots and am very much against such cheating and would very much like to access my battle.net account. Is there a possiblity to get that ban lifted?

Sometimes these restrictions can for as little as 48 hours, however looking into yours it seems you received a 14 day restriction, so you will have to wait until then.
