So the person in the screenshot won the event and the Diablo FB page (blue checkmark) left a comment for the winner to DM the Diablo FB page but did not reply to her DMs on how to claim the prize. Everything checks out, winner is from the PH which was suppose to be region locked to it. I don't want to say it's a scam but the longer this goes unresolved, the more it's going to look like one.
