I feel like Blizzard just sentenced the non-merger servers to a slow death
mmo115yup same with my server. it is, for all intents and purposes, a dead server. we only have 2 active shadow clans and then 2-3 semi active. We cannot fill top 10. Market is completely barren. We weren't selected...
The active players are already scoping out other servers to transfer to now. Blizz said they are going to actively monitor populations for future merge opportunities, but that means we will be truly on life support until that happens. I welcome these merges and they are VERY necessary, but i'm so disappointed that my server wasn't picked and now i have to decide to ride out the death sentence for a future merge which isn't guaranteed or leave my friends/clan/warband and transfer.
again, i welcome these merges. i am disappointed in the execution.

I see a few other comments here have echoed what I posted a few days ago in another thread. The list of servers we have communicated for the upcoming Server Merge feature are simply the first round. We will continue to monitor the populations of all Diablo Immortal servers and will announce additional server merges in the future. It is indeed both time and resource intensive for us to implement these merges, so I don't currently have an ETA on when additional merges may be coming but I will update everyone here on Reddit once we do. Our next Content Update blog will contain additional information on the first round of server merges, fyi.
