Permanently locked in cheat death stun in battleground! PLZ FIX ASAP!

This happens to me 1/3 games now…i am sure someone else is experiencing this as well.
You will be stunned the entire game. You cannot move at all and you cannot be unstuck out of this situation. You are effectively out of that game when this happens! What sort of game-breaking bug is this?!
I have reported this many times on reddit and no one from Blizzard even bothers with this bug.
This is making the battleground unplayable!
