Dragons are the problem now

I know I wanted to buff dragons but getting 2/2 from the second tier is edited. Remove the health minion per attack and then they will be balanced. Dragons should NOT receive any health until T4. (1) they do not need it since they have effects, they need only attack. Especially with Guff, they got 4/4 every turn after a couple of turns.
