The game cannot be played yet
Diablo Immortal Technical Support
I played Diablo Immortal today on my PC, region europe
But now when i want to start it up the play button is greyed out with the message when i hover over it “the game cannot be played yet”
This is the PC beta? so perhaps servers are offline or something? But i cannot find anything related to it.

If it’s still not working, please uninstall/reinstall the Battle.net app and on the C: drive if that’s not already the case. A connection issue can also cause this type of problem, you should perform the steps of this following article if not done yet :
