Lost my guest account after finally log in battle.net

I finally could connect my account to battle.net to prevent lost my char but after that I lost my guest char. I played at XUL server and my guest name was Deadlypants(number), I named my char “PirseBrosnan”. Now I can’t find my char and even create another cause the name are in use. There is it a way to recover?

You’re on the right Battle.net account but something unexpected happened during the account linking. You’ll have to contact our customer support to sort this out.
