Constant attempts to reconnect in middle of game?
Hey all, recently ‘last few days’ when I try to play a Custom game for practice, it has started popping up an annoying message telling me that it is ‘Attempting to Reconnect’, with the only option being to either wait it out, or ‘Surrender’ the game.
This typically last for between 5 - 10 seconds before returning me to the game, but it never happened before, and is confusing me. It is constant, and will happen several times within a single match.
I am fairly certain that my WiFi connection is working properly, as no other internet based applications have the same issues, so I am confused by this, and hoping for some instructions to correct whatever is causing this please…

PS. I am using a Macintosh computer, but Blizzard / Battle.net games have always worked smoothly before

This would be solely a connection quality issue in most cases. Are you able to test if this occurs on a cabled connection? Likewise, please try turning off your router for 2-3 minutes then restarting it.
If the issue persists, please get back to us with a traceroute
