AMD Ryzen Overheating while playing Diablo

I have never ever had any problems with my PC till it started crushing while playing diablo immortal. My PC crashes then my BIOS says high CPU temp. its at 90+ degrees.
I have an AMD Ryzen 5 3600 cpu and I play the game on max settings.
