PC Installer Gives No Warning HD Is Full (Game Wouldn’t Launch!)

I was having the “Game won’t launch on PC” issue. What happened was that my HD was full! The installer gave no indication of this, and it even seemed to install fine. Inspect and repair showed no issues. However my HD had 0 bytes free.
You have to check this yourself! The installer and game will not indicate that your HD is full and it will appear to be functioning fine, except it won’t launch.
So this may have something to do with the “Game won’t launch on PC” issues people are having.
To be clear, the issue here is that the installer doesn’t warn you about HD space.
