Too many hackers with no bans

Literally almost everyday i find a hacker in a comp game whether it be role que or open que there is a hacker.
I’m not talking about maybe hackers just blatant hacking aimlocking/aimbotting/walling with hardly any bans i see the same hacker for weeks, what’s worse is the community just doesn’t believe anything and starts attacking you instead.
Watched every single one in replay it’s just god awful seeing the blatant not caring about getting caught hacking.
