Hello, I am writing about the error BLZBNTAGT00000960, for a long period of time I can’t start the game, the update button hangs and nothing helps, I launched it from the admin, there are no antiviruses. Could this be a problem in windows 11

This error is caused when the Battle.net App doesn’t have permissions to install files/patch them, you find steps to troubleshoot this here.
