LDAPYeah, I remember they were supposed to contain some clues about the next hero release and I tried to blow them up to read what was written on the signs they held.

I also took a screenshot of the in-game background and wasn't able to enhance it to read the text either.
FuenteThere was a cipher that Oscar (the concept artist) and I worked on to embed in those mugshots, but I don't think it made it to the final versions.
If I remember correctly, the text on those mugshots ended up being the in-world hometowns for the criminals (Tirisfall was one, I think?).
