Purchases made through the Blizzard digital shop may be eligible for refund and can be requested through our support website. However, purchases made through third parties are not refundable by Blizzard. This includes retail, or alternative digital vendors. Refunds would need to be sought with the vendor directly, but often they will not offer a refund on an open/used product since the game key can only be used once.
