I will elaborate on Nevalistis' post by explicitly stating that we are not currently happy with how these wings are obtained. In particular we feel that they step too much on existing wings such as collector's edition and Set Dungeons. While we would like to see more wings in the game than what is currently available, expect to see the ones currently on the PTR to be removed soon.
