Can we take a moment to appreciate
how good modern PvP/PvE sets actually look?
So I have been hoarding Marks of Honor for a while now and finally decided to spend some today. I went to every mark of honor vendor from TBC to BfA and most of the older PvP sets look like absolute trash. You can see a drastic quality improvement starting around Legion. The Shadowlands Elite sets look absolutely amazing. The S2 cloth set is among the best they have ever made.
With regards to PvE sets: yeah, not every single covenant set is amazing, but especially the Necrolord and Venthyr ones are fire. And now with 9.1.5 we’ll finally be able to use them with a different covenant I hear.
Yes, I know about the boosts, the state of PvP, domination sockets, Choreghast and all that jazz, but we have to give credit where credit is due.
I particularly love how the Mythic versions tend to have moving pieces and shiny stuff 
It makes it easy to see who are the top dogs in the room!
