Sydney servers issue

I’m based in Sydney, Australia. Instead of getting [syd1/2] servers, half the time i’ll get [psel] servers. Ping sits at ~150 and the game is almost unplayable.

Hey Patrick,
The Overwatch servers will try and route you through the best possible connection for your geographical location combined with the lowest latency, so if you’re being directed to servers other than Oceanic, there could be a few reasons behind it such as your ISP’s routing practices or using a Proxy or VPN to mask your location.
I’d suggest working through our Overwatch Latency guide, since it addresses this and other possible causes, and hopefully it results in a much lower latency and a smoother gameplay experience
