It said 12 min, im at 50 min in Queue now.
I love how a game from 2004 Works so perfekt now in 2020.

A Hunter / Paladin hybrid sounds terrifying honestly. Though… imagine firing a judgement spell from a bow for that extra range… 
Anyways, on topic. The queue time pops up when theres a large amount of people trying to login at the same time. This way it helps mitigate potential issues by having a load of people all jump on the server at the same time.
