Hi all,
I keep getting the orange warnings down the left hand side of the screen and some juttering / false animation registering in my games. This has never been an issue before - all drivers are up to date, firewall settings checked, ports opened up and 67 Download 20 Upload FTTP connection.
Looks like this IP is dropping a tonne of packets : - 81.139.58.177
Happy to run any further diagnostics if needed but it looks pretty clear cut.

Could you try to reset your network devices as it is mentioned in here?
Additionally I would also suggest that you try the steps from this article as well!
